The development model of the Grand-Bassam Technology Park, named the Mahatma Gandhi technology park, presents a future green digital city perfectly integrating a custom-free production zone, an administrative zone, and a residential and commercial zone.
These zones are free, animated by office towers, business and resort hotels, shopping malls, amusement parks, international clinics, technological universities, research centers, high and medium standing residences, etc. Our goal is to attract more than 1,000 billion FCFA in direct investment and create 40,000 direct jobs in the technological sectors in Côte d'Ivore.

Who are we?
The VITIB is a public limited company that operates the Biotechnology and Information and Communication Technology Free Zone (ZBTIC), the 1st Technology Park in West Africa, ideally located in Grand-Bassam in Côte d'Ivoire with a strategic geographical positioning.
Spanning over 600 hectares, the park is organized into 3 zones (A, B and C) to accommodate innovative companies in the ICT and Biotechnology sectors.
Born from a government initiative, the VITIB aims to make Côte d'Ivoire the technological showcase of West Africa. Thanks to its attractive fiscal environment and modern infrastructure, investors access a market of 300 million consumers in West Africa (UEMOA and ECOWAS), offering exceptional growth prospects.
