INDO–IVORIAN COOPERATION IS INTENSIFYING ACROSS MULTIPLE SECTORS, INCLUDING ICT, HEALTH, AGRICULTURE, AND MINING. VITIB is fully engaged in this partnership dynamic, which dates back to the creation of the Biotechnology, Information and Communication Technologies Free Zone (ZBTIC).

As part of its 2024–2028 strategic plan, VITIB, under the leadership of its Director General Mr. MEBETI DOSSO, organized a roadshow in New Delhi (India) on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, with the aim of mobilizing Indian expertise and investment to develop a sustainable technology ecosystem within the VITIB technology park in Grand-Bassam.

This roadshow recorded the significant presence of H.E. Eric N’DRY, Ambassador of Côte d’Ivoire, accompanied by a strong delegation from the Embassy, as well as around one hundred key Indian operators specialized in high technology, both in operations and investment.

Following video presentations showcasing the strengths and potential of Côte d’Ivoire, the Director General of VITIB, Mr. MEBETI DOSSO, presented the business opportunities offered by VITIB to the audience:

“India has been a strong and trusted partner in our efforts to make VITIB a leading technology hub in Africa. Through this roadshow, we invite Indian investors to join us in shaping the future of technology and innovation in Côte d’Ivoire. Côte d’Ivoire is at a turning point, and with the right investments, we can accelerate our transformation into a major technology hub in Africa.”

The strong interest from participants was reflected in the numerous questions raised from all parts of the room, leaving attendees satisfied with the responses provided by the panelists, composed of:

  • Mr. MEBETI DOSSO, Director General of VITIB

  • Mr. Yann-Gabriel N’ZI, Technical Director of VITIB
